April 25 - Bukkit has a development build out, but the bukkit dev team strongly urge users not use this until a recommended build is released. We have a new up2date version under testing phase right now. When you restart your server, you will join in the testing phase. This new up2date test candidate will not actually trigger updates, but send update notifications to the administrator to review false-positives. You will not see anything on your side. This new up2date wrapper will also check minecraft.net's state before it starts the update process. This is to circumvent the recent endless update bug encountered last week when minecraft.net was down.

April 22 - Bukkit is currently broken with the recent Minecraft 1.5 update. We will be pushing an update to your servers as soon as a new build is confirmed stable. In the meanwhile, feel free to disable bukkit. It is recommended that server operators use the white list function to keep griefers out of the server. Thank you for your patience.
